About TrueMelt™ Low-Range Melt Pressure Transmitter

      Our flagship "TrueMelt™ Transmitter" specializes in the measurement of low melt pressure (eg. 0-500psi). XPTMA-Series while based on the traditional strain gauge, incorporates an advanced thermal compensation technology. This is needed because thermal zero shift due to processing temperature increase can drift pressure readings by as much as 5% to 20%FSO. XPTMA-Series limits thermal zero shift to less than 5psi/100°F compared to >50psi/100°F of that of typical melt pressure transmitters on the market. XPTMA-Series' temperature-pressure compensation is automatically achieved without any auto-zeroing/manual-zeroing functions that may otherwise cause problems.
